You can access sessions face to face, via telehealth (online video session) or as a telephone consult.

Counselling & Therapy

1:1 Sessions for Adults, Children & Teens

Perhaps you’d like to speak with a trained professional about challenges or difficulties you’re facing. Perhaps you’d just like to gain confidence, emotional balance and wellbeing. Counselling may help with these concerns.

As an AASW Accredited Social Worker, Michelle provides counselling and therapy for adults, teens and children with a person-centred approach. She provides an environment that is safe, inclusive, and neuro-affirming to enable you to explore your current situation and move towards change.

Curious about mindfulness and meditation? Research has documented the benefits of these practices for managing stress and increasing calm, concentration, and wellbeing. 

Mindfulness meditation sessions are deeply relaxing, helping you restore balance, calm and clarity.

As a registered Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Michelle has provided mindfulness training and meditation sessions to corporate, government and community groups for over 7 years.
