Michelle has worked with people of various ages for over 17 years, ranging from children to adults. She brings a wealth of experience and integrates a range of evidence-based therapies in sessions. Michelle is committed to providing a supportive service that’s affirming, culturally inclusive, and tailored to your situation.
NDIS Counselling & Therapy
Working with NDIS participants, Michelle offers a neurodiversity-affirming service which acknowledges that every neurotype has unique strengths, interests and support needs.
Michelle is an AASW Accredited Social Worker with over 17 years experience working in government and private sectors with adults, teens, children and families. She offers a neuro-affirming and inclusive service that is tailored to you.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Practising mindfulness and meditation is a way to deeply rest your mind and body, and to balance your emotions. It ultimately allows you to re-focus and place your energy wherever it is of most value to you.
Michelle has a special interest in promoting balance and wellbeing using mindfulness techniques. She is able to incorporate these techniques into counselling, or provide separate sessions with a focus specifically on mindfulness and meditation practices.
Michelle is happy to talk with you about your circumstances and session options. You may like to book a counselling session, a mindfulness meditation session, or both. The choice is yours.
