1:1 Counselling sessions 

1:1 Mindfulness Meditation sessions *

* For beginners or experienced meditators. Sessions are tailored to suit you. No experience is required. 

You don’t need a referral from your GP or a Medicare Care Plan. Just give us a call or email us via the contact page to get started. 

Michelle is happy to liaise with your GP, at your request. 

Please enquire about fees by phone or email as detailed on the Contact Page.

No problem at all, just give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to enable us to offer the session to someone who may be waiting.

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, from the business day prior, will incur a cancellation fee.

NDIS participants, welcome!

Michelle works with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other conditions. She offers a neurodiversity-affirming approach that recognises the unique strengths, interests and support needs of each person. 

Michelle also assists those who are navigating their adult diagnoses of ASD and ADHD.
